Refund policy

At Hey! Huesy, we are committed to providing high-quality preserved moss art that meets your expectations. Please review our policy and care instructions before making a purchase:
All Sales Are Final: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund if the item has a major problem. This includes if the item:
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Is unsafe
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Please provide photos of the damaged or faulty item to assist with your claim.

How to Report a Problem:
  1. Contact our team at heyhuesy@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Include photos of the damaged or faulty item.
  3. We will review your claim and provide instructions for the next steps.

Custom Orders: Given the personalised nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom art pieces unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Whilst we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, once your order has been shipped via our delivery service partners, the package is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for delays in delivery or any damage that may occur during transit. We will always endeavour to provide the appropriate estimated time of delivery and be transparent with communicating if there are any delays that we are informed of.
